As the first generation of earners, builders, and digital natives, they’re navigating finances without clear guidance while also trying to set themselves up for long term success.

What to Build & Submit

Design a tech-powered tool, campaign, or experience that helps early career women build smar money habits, connect finances to career growth, build community, and feel confident making their first "money moves". 

Your Solution Should:

  • Help young women understand, manage, or grow money early (budgeting, earning, investing, negotiating, side hustles, benefits, etc.)
  • Use technology (apps, AI, platforms, games, extensions, or digital experiences)
  • Leverage and build community for support and knowledge sharing
  • Connect financial confidence to career growth, independence, or future goals
  • Feel relevant, empowering, and accessible
